Privacy Policy

Who we are. WardLens is operated by Loïc Tanguy, sole trader (auto-entrepreneur). This policy explains what we process and how.

What we process. Account data (username, hashed password), the images and PDFs you capture, capture metadata (page counts, timestamps), billing data (credits, Stripe customer id — payment details are handled by Stripe, we never store card numbers), and your acceptance of our terms (version, date, IP) for legal audit.

Your documents. The documents you capture belong to you. They are stored to build your PDF and are yours to manage. You can delete your sessions and documents at any time, which removes the underlying files from our storage.

Retention. We keep your data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you capture and for holding the rights to it (see our Terms). WardLens does not review your documents.
