WardLens uses an optical path instead of a direct data connection. The source computer simply displays the document while WardLens observes, detects, captures and reconstructs each visible page on the destination computer.

A camera observes the document displayed on the source computer. WardLens does not require direct access to the source machine.

WardLens detects page transitions, waits for a stable and sharp image and automatically captures the visible page.

Pages are corrected, ordered and assembled into a clean PDF, with optional OCR to make the text searchable and selectable.
