WardLens is a visual document-capture tool operated by Loïc Tanguy (sole trader / auto-entrepreneur), the "Publisher". By creating an account and using WardLens, you acknowledge and agree to the following, without reservation:
1. AUTHORIZED USE ONLY. You will use WardLens exclusively to capture, reproduce and store documents, screens and information that you are legally, contractually and operationally authorized to view, copy and retain. You are solely responsible for verifying that you hold every necessary right and permission before each capture.
2. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY. You bear full and exclusive responsibility for everything you capture, process, store, export and share through WardLens, and for all consequences thereof. This includes any breach of confidentiality, intellectual-property, data-protection, contractual, employment or criminal obligations.
3. PROHIBITED USE. You will not use WardLens to circumvent security controls, access restrictions, data-loss-prevention systems, digital rights management or organizational policies; nor for espionage, fraud, unauthorized surveillance, data exfiltration, or to capture information belonging to any person or organization without their authorization.
4. NO LIABILITY OF THE PUBLISHER. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher (Loïc Tanguy, auto-entrepreneur) cannot and shall not be held liable, in any way whatsoever, for any use you make of WardLens, for the content you capture, or for any direct or indirect damage, loss, claim, penalty or liability arising from your use of the service. WardLens is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
5. INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher against any claim, demand, proceeding or damages brought by any third party (including your employer, clients, or any authority) in connection with your use of WardLens.
6. COMPLIANCE. You are responsible for ensuring that every capture complies with all applicable laws, regulations, agreements, confidentiality obligations and organizational security policies in your jurisdiction and any jurisdiction concerned.
